About American Pasteurization Company (APC)

APC was founded in June, 2004. The ownership group is made up of experienced food industry leaders with extensive experience in proteins, fruits and vegetables.

Following the HPP technology over the years convinced these individuals that HPP was the future for food processing. They also believed that this technology should be available to all manufacturers regardless of size.

APC works with food processors in many ways to make the utilization of HPP as seamless and cost effective as possible. Besides treating product with HPP, APC provides the following additional services:
 - Product development assistance
 - Product testing assistance
 - For USDA regulated customers assistance in incorporating HACCP programs
 - Post assembly and pack off functionality (including bar coding, labeling, and palletizing)
 - Freight expediting
 - Arranging cold storage
